It’s a common feature of our high-speed world that people often experience too much stress. This results in a whole range of unwanted symptoms and issues. It doesn't have to be so tough. There are simple ways to operate at the right level of pressure for you and side-step all those nasty-sounding symptoms.
Those who suffer from work or relationship related stress, can obtain skills from Terry, which can help to reduce the negative effects which they can cause. These would include: insomnia, anxiety, excessive drinking/eating and/or smoking, and reduce the physical and mental aches and pains.
If you can manage your stress and take control of your body and mind, it is much easier to switch off from work, and enjoy your free time during the week and weekends. How many of us work much more than the 35-40 hours we are paid for? The 'switch off work' techniques you will be taught are easy to learn, and are effective immediately.
